Dear Sir/Madam,

I have come to know from a booklet published recently under the disposal of your reputed university that a few seats have been reserved for the overseas students. I, as an intent candidate want to apply for the same. As you will see in my papers, I have completed my HSC level exam securing A+ grade. I have also excellent track record throughout my academic career till date. I have also completed my IELTS exam and secured 7.5. So, I think considering all these, I will be given a chance to complete my Honours in Journalism from your university. I shall be grateful to you if you kindly let me know the following particulars:

1. The entry requirements for admission to Honours course in journalism

2. Length to the academic session.

3. Approximate expenses that the studies will require, tuition fees, living expenses, cost of books,

accommodation and other necessary articles.

4. Any provision for financial grant to foreign students.
